most uncomfortable bed ever. System of organizing the SPA reservations - should be improved. They do not accept AMEX cards even though they put it on Booked.net. Stuff is not managed good/you can feel the lack of Managers presence. SPA is not so equipped as I thought.

Convenient hotel, I greatly enjoyed particularly good location and newly furnished rooms. I had different food for breakfast with local dishes. Good staff on the reception desk, gave a few recommendations. The venue was located in the middle of Zlatibor. There was café Akter, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.
